Custom Display:

While the Oryx C-Frame measures thickness and width of a flat web, the critical process fifteen feet up-machine is extrusion through a circular die.

Operators have eight bolts to adjust the thickness profile. The custom Oryx display allows the operators to quickly react from fifteen feet away to bring the process into tolerance and maximize yield.

Custom Display:

The critical parameters of a helical wire screen-making process involves extremely small wire gaps and precise, consistent slope of the wire surface. What once took hours with suspect R&R, now takes seconds with proven precision capability.

Operators can now immediately validate machine setup and make salable and traceable parts with confidence.
